Conversion de la rhinite non allergique.

          Résultats d'une étude incluant un échantillon significatif de 180 patients ayant une rhinite diagnostiquée non allergique en 2000-2004 et réexaminés en 2007 :
     il y a une forte probabilité qu'apparaisse une rhinite persistante modérée à sévère, avec asthme ou/et conjonctivite, ainsi qu'une sensibilité aux allergènes respiratoires, dans les années suivant un premier diagnostic de rhinite non allergique.

          Une réévaluation allergologique périodique de ces patients pourrait donc être utile.

Nonallergic rhinitis conversion.

Results of a study including a representative cluster of 180 patients given diagnoses of nonallergic rhinitis (NAR) in 2000-2004 and re-examined in 2007: persistent moderate-to-severe rhinitis associated with asthma, conjunctivitis, or both and sensitization to aeroallergens are likely to appear at a later date in adults initially given diagnoses of NAR. A periodic re-evaluation of these patients might therefore be necessary.
